We take great care to ensure that our flowers & gifts leave us in perfect condition and to help them stay that way, all bouquets arrive complete with care instructions and flower food. Your personalised message is enclosed with the gift, on a decorative gift card. We believe that all bouquets and arrangements are unique and so are made bespoke for your request.

Local Delivery

Floral Creations will personally deliver your flowers or gift locally 6 days a week within our local delivery area shown on the map.  Same day delivery is available for all orders placed before 11am.

UK Delivery

We can send orders anywhere in the UK using our relay service. Your order will be created and delivered by a local florist. Please order before 11am (GMT) for same day delivery. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next day or on a specified date. Any orders received after 11am may be delivered on the same day (please call to discuss). Specific timed deliveries are not generally possible, although we do accept AM or PM requests for deliveries, however please contact us if you do have specific delivery requirements and we will do our upmost to accommodate.

All orders for delivery in the UK, must include a full address.

International Delivery

For delivery outside the UK, we will require the full delivery address including postal/zip code and recipients telephone number.

Placing Your Order

To place your order, either buy online, or call us on 01494 724933. If you need to speak to us outside of shop hours, please use the enquiry form on the Contact Us page and Floral Creations will contact you by telephone or email to confirm your order and to discuss payment.

All information given is confidential. No personal information will be shared with other parties or recipients.

Flower Availability

Floral Creations endeavours to re-create the flower design you have chosen as accurately as possible. However availability and seasonal changes in flowers will occasionally affect the designs on sale. Any substitutions will be matched in colour variety. Floral Creations cannot guarantee that your order will be an identical replica of what you see on the site. Floral Creations will try to meet any personal requirements, please state on you email or other during verbal communication your requirements. All flower content and style of bouquets and arrangements for international orders will vary with each country.

Quality Guarantee

Floral Creations guarantees a quality product and service to you our customer. If you are not fully satisfied with the service or product received, Floral Creations investigates all complaints thoroughly and refunds or product replacements will be given in the event of all genuine complaints. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you have cause for complaint this must be received within 24 hours after receipt.

Our phone line is personally operated between 09:00am and 17.00pm Monday to Saturday, and an answer machine is available out of business hours, please leave a message stating your name and number and we will call you back. All calls are charged at the national rate. We aim to respond to customer service matters within one working day and resolve all complaints within three working days. Calls may be monitored for training purposes and to maintain our high level of service.

Cancellation & Returns

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know by telephone as soon as possible to discuss. Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations on orders we have already attempted to deliver.

If you are not entirely satisfied with any item, please contact us in the first instance, the item(s) must be returned to us unused and in as new condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us.

*Please note this policy excludes all our flower products as these are perishable goods and exempt from this legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
